1) Art is to only be for personal use unless discussed otherwise!

2) I reserve the right to decline any client for any reason. I will most likely provide a reason but I don’t have to.

3) I will refund you the total amount paid if I can no longer/no longer wish to work on your commission for any reason

4) The art I create cannot be used for training AI, sold to others, or used in NFTs. Breaking this rule will result in blacklisting from me and possibly other artists.

5) Don’t be afraid to ask for small tweaks or edits in your commission! :] Larger edits must be discussed before lineart stage.

6) Payments will be made only through Zelle!!

7) There will be 50% payment upfront after the confirmed messy/concept sketch

8) There will be no refunds after the clean sketch phase (going into lineart)

9) Backing out a commission before payment won’t result in any issues as long as you communicate with me :]

10) I will initiate the transaction to avoid issues. Please do not send me any kind of payment until I have accepted your commission!
